It's easy to join the Queen City Sampler Guild (QCSG)--as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Download the 2025 membership form to your computer (use the button in the upper right corner).

2. Fill it out.

3. Mail it in with your check.

4. Would you like to pay with Paypal?  If so, complete the membership form and mail or email it to qcsg.treasurer@gmail.com.  Our treasurer will send you an invoice in Paypal.
